As I mentioned before, my adopted son overcame significant challenges to graduate from high school in New York, despite being expelled from a private school in Singapore.
Together, we used subconscious hypnotherapy to help him navigate this difficult path, achieving what once seemed impossible.
After his high school graduation, he transitioned from airport work to real estate, and eventually found his true calling as a jewelry designer. The "Source" is the origin of all our energy, and we are actually perfect, all-knowing, and all-powerful beings.
We chose to come to this Earth to express this power under challenging conditions (that is, in physical form).
When we are connected to the Source, we naturally feel good. If we don’t, it’s a sign that we have moved away from that connection.

Your intuition sharpens, and new ideas come naturally.

Living with this awareness in your daily life helps you stay away from stress and leads to a more fulfilling life. The concept is simple: when you feel good, you are connected to the Source, and when you don’t, you are not.
🌀 Common Energy Pitfalls
Many people make the mistake of trying to distract themselves with TV or YouTube for hours instead of doing what they truly need to do.
When we are overly stressed, we might try to lift our spirits this way, but it often leaves us feeling worse.
You start with good intentions to lift your mood but end up feeling drained and disconnected.
🎮 When You’re Pulled Into Devices
It feels fun at the moment, but you end up more tired and drained.
Your eyes and brain get fatigued, and your body feels heavy.
Negative news or social media can pull you down emotionally.
Under the influence of SNS, comparing yourself to others lowers your self-esteem.
🗝️ How to Check Your Energy
Is your energy high?
Do you feel good?
Does your body feel light?
Do you still feel fulfilled after the activity?
Which kind of energy do you want to live with? Daily choices matter. Make sure to check in with yourself regularly.
