So, how was the story of Abraham Hicks? They are a world-renowned figure, so many of you might already know about them. For those who are not familiar with spirituality, this concept might be a bit challenging to grasp.


But that’s okay. What’s important is to move away from the mindset that it’s normal to feel bad or to be constantly stressed.


Yes! It is possible to feel good every day!


However, this doesn't mean living a stress-free life. In reality, a life without stress is almost impossible. On top of that, we often create stress by worrying about things that haven’t even happened yet.


Yes, this is what we call "worrying" - thinking about things that haven’t happened yet and fearing the worst.


This means that stress is always present, and we often create it ourselves as anxiety.

Therefore, what truly matters is how we manage this everyday stress. That’s all there is to it.


🌱 My Experience with Terminally Ill Patients

I have previously worked with terminally ill cancer patients to support them through their pain. Of course, I am not a doctor, so I cannot cure the illness itself.


However, it is a medical fact that severe stress, such as illness, is always accompanied by pain.


But the reason I was able to alleviate this pain and ease their emotional burden is because the symptoms, pain, and suffering of an illness are often deeply connected to the mind and psychological state.


Otherwise, my work, as a non-medical professional, would not have had any effect.

What I want to convey here is that every symptom or condition has a mental and emotional component, and by addressing or easing this aspect, the symptoms or discomfort can be significantly reduced.


Yes, if even a major stress like illness can be controlled, then surely everyday stress is not beyond our control.


🌊 The Teachings of Abraham Hicks - Understanding Source Energy

According to Abraham Hicks, a renowned energy expert, we are all beings born from Source Energy, and our vibration creates our reality.


🌊 Vibration: The energy you emit attracts a matching reality. The higher your vibration, the better the reality you draw in.


💡 Emotional Guidance System: Feeling good means you are in alignment with your Source. Feeling bad means you are out of alignment.

 The Present Moment is Everything: Do not dwell on the past or worry about the future. The vibration you hold now is what creates your future.


✨ By becoming more mindful of your energy and maintaining a high vibration, you can attract the life you desire.


But you don’t need to force yourself to understand this concept completely. Just know that when you feel good, you work more effectively, and people around you will notice your positive energy. They will want to do business with you, and positive opportunities will naturally come your way.


This is the Law of Attraction in action.


On the other hand, people who are always angry or full of negative energy tend to repel others. It’s hard to trust someone who radiates bad vibes, like a walking bad luck charm.


People want to be around those who radiate luck and positive energy.


💫 Overcoming the Fear of Failure

Stress is just another form of pressure or fear. Simply put, it is the fear of failure.

Living with this kind of negative energy makes it impossible to soar to your true potential.

On the other hand, thinking "I can do this!" or "I might be able to do this!" is completely different from fear of failure.


This positive mindset is what hypnosis and subconscious work aim to instill because the subconscious mind is far more powerful than the conscious mind.
