🌟 Did you know your subconscious mind can be trained?

Did you know that the subconscious mind can actually be trained? It’s true—when we access the root of our mind, our life begins to come into alignment. And it’s not just a temporary fix. It’s a fundamental transformation.

🔾 Does this sound familiar?

“I understand what I should do, but I can’t seem to take action.”“I want to shift my mood, but I just can’t shake this fog.”“I always fall into the same emotional patterns.”“There’s just too much stress.”

đŸ”č Subconscious and Conscious Mind—How Our Brain Actually Works

In a video I shared recently, I talked about the relationship between the subconscious and the conscious mind.

The part of our brain we actively use every day is mostly the conscious mind—but that only makes up about 5% of the brain’s total activity. In contrast, the subconscious mind accounts for 95%, and its processing speed is said to be up to 1 million times faster than the conscious mind.

This isn’t spirituality—it’s science.

And yet, despite this, we’re still not fully using this “last frontier” of our brain: the subconscious. But the truth is, the more we engage it, the more we can unlock our potential—for productivity, self-trust, and success.

đŸ”č My own transformation began from here

I once started from being a full-time homemaker with no income.Since then, I became a business owner in New York City, published books in both Japan and the U.S., and lost 25kg (about 60lbs) in the process.

📾 You can see my before-and-after photos here:

It wasn’t without stress.I adopted my late sister’s teenage children, moved my family to Singapore, and after separation and divorce, I restarted everything from scratch in New York—this time with four children, including my own.

What changed everything was hypnotherapy, a subconscious method that helped me shift at the core.

đŸ”č What your subconscious is holding

– Self-image– Core values– Thought and behavior patterns

All of these live within the domain of the subconscious.

🧠 The mind is like an iceberg—what’s visible (the conscious mind) is just a small tip. That’s why simply trying to change what’s visible on the surface doesn’t create lasting transformation.

Many people feel that “talk therapy didn’t really help,” and this is often the reason.Only by working with the roots of the subconscious can we begin to restructure our self-image, thoughts, and behaviors—and recover our clarity and confidence.

In my sessions, many clients don’t just experience “mental clarity.”They feel something deeper:“It’s as if my entire way of living has become aligned.”

That is the power of the subconscious.

💡 And the truth is—your subconscious can be trained

What I want to share next is this powerful idea:The subconscious isn’t just something to reprogram—it can be trained.

By accessing the subconscious, you can refine your self-image, increase your stress resilience, and develop clarity, calm, and confidence.

But to make it stick, daily maintenance is essential.

đŸŒ±Â Three habits that train the subconscious:

đŸ§˜â€â™€ïžÂ Making mental space (clearing the mind)✍ Using language that brings you back to yourself🌀 Practicing small, deep-reaching techniques every day

As you repeat these practices, your subconscious becomes stronger—like a muscle you can actually use.

In my sessions, I guide clients through:

– Self-work techniques for emotional regulation– Language habits that help them “return to center”– Daily subconscious exercises that reach deep layers

In upcoming posts, I’ll begin sharing these daily methods for training the subconscious one by one.

If you want to:“Stop getting swept up in your emotions”“Move forward without losing your balance”“Change your life but don’t know where to start”

Then I hope you’ll continue following along. You already have everything you need—let’s activate it together.
