Did you know that the subconscious mind can actually be trained?Itâs trueâwhen we access the root of our mind, our life begins to come into alignment. And itâs not just a temporary fix. Itâs a fundamental transformation.
đžÂ Does this sound familiar?
âI understand what I should do, but I canât seem to take action.ââI want to shift my mood, but I just canât shake this fog.ââI always fall into the same emotional patterns.ââThereâs just too much stress.â
đč Subconscious and Conscious MindâHow Our Brain Actually Works
In a video I shared recently, I talked about the relationship between the subconscious and the conscious mind.
The part of our brain we actively use every day is mostly the conscious mindâbut that only makes up about 5% of the brainâs total activity. In contrast, the subconscious mind accounts for 95%, and its processing speed is said to be up to 1 million times faster than the conscious mind.
This isnât spiritualityâitâs science.
And yet, despite this, weâre still not fully using this âlast frontierâ of our brain: the subconscious. But the truth is, the more we engage it, the more we can unlock our potentialâfor productivity, self-trust, and success.
đč My own transformation began from here
I once started from being a full-time homemaker with no income.Since then, I became a business owner in New York City, published books in both Japan and the U.S., and lost 25kg (about 60lbs) in the process.
đžÂ You can see my before-and-after photos here:
It wasnât without stress.I adopted my late sisterâs teenage children, moved my family to Singapore, and after separation and divorce, I restarted everything from scratch in New Yorkâthis time with four children, including my own.
What changed everything was hypnotherapy, a subconscious method that helped me shift at the core.
đč What your subconscious is holding
â Self-imageâ Core valuesâ Thought and behavior patterns
All of these live within the domain of the subconscious.
𧠠The mind is like an icebergâwhatâs visible (the conscious mind) is just a small tip.Thatâs why simply trying to change whatâs visible on the surface doesnât create lasting transformation.
Many people feel that âtalk therapy didnât really help,â and this is often the reason.Only by working with the roots of the subconscious can we begin to restructure our self-image, thoughts, and behaviorsâand recover our clarity and confidence.
In my sessions, many clients donât just experience âmental clarity.âThey feel something deeper:âItâs as if my entire way of living has become aligned.â
That is the power of the subconscious.
đĄÂ And the truth isâyour subconscious can be trained
What I want to share next is this powerful idea:The subconscious isnât just something to reprogramâit can be trained.
By accessing the subconscious, you can refine your self-image, increase your stress resilience, and develop clarity, calm, and confidence.
But to make it stick, daily maintenance is essential.
đ±Â Three habits that train the subconscious:
đ§ââïžÂ Making mental space (clearing the mind)âïžÂ Using language that brings you back to yourselfđ Practicing small, deep-reaching techniques every day
As you repeat these practices, your subconscious becomes strongerâlike a muscle you can actually use.
In my sessions, I guide clients through:
â Self-work techniques for emotional regulationâ Language habits that help them âreturn to centerââ Daily subconscious exercises that reach deep layers
In upcoming posts, Iâll begin sharing these daily methods for training the subconscious one by one.
If you want to:âStop getting swept up in your emotionsââMove forward without losing your balanceââChange your life but donât know where to startâ
Then I hope youâll continue following along. You already have everything you needâletâs activate it together.
