🌟 Domino Effect: The Moment Every Event Becomes “Something Good,” Your Future Begins to Change

Sometimes I think to myself,“If that event hadn’t happened, I wouldn’t be who I am today.”

Haven’t you ever felt that way too?

Painful experiences, frustrating failures, days that felt like detours—But if even one of them had been missing, I wouldn’t be where I am now.

Isn’t it just like a domino effect?Like in a movie where changing the past changes the future...

Even if something seemed negative at the time, the encounters and realizations that followed often change the course of your life.

And if you can now say,“I’m glad that happened,”from that moment on, the flow of your reality starts to shift.

There were times when it felt like the worst thing ever.I’d think, “Why is this happening to me?” and regret the choices I made.

But regret does no good,so I decided a while ago to stop doing it.

Why? Because
If that event hadn’t happened, I wouldn’t have arrived here. No matter how painful it was, don’t you think it actually was a good thing in the end?

Sure, some lessons came with a hefty price. But the growth I gained from them is undeniably real.

When you stamp “It was good” on all your past events, your mood in this very moment gets lighter. It’s like everything was preparing you to arrive here.

In therapy, we call this way of reinterpreting the past “Narrative.”That’s right—what happened stays the same ,but how you assign meaning or interpret it depends entirely on your mindset. And it can be changed anytime.

That’s why I choose to interpret my divorce as one of the best things that ever happened in my life.

And honestly, it’s true.If it weren’t for that pain and those challenges, there’s no way I’d be here now, living this way.

Because of that experience,I discovered how much strength I truly have within me. It’s only when we’re pushed to the edge that we uncover our true power.Ultimate empowerment, Isn’t that so true?

And without that mindset,I wouldn’t be able to speak to you today with such pride about what I’ve been through.

When I reflect in that way, my heart feels lighter, and my vibration rises.

Then it starts to feel like good things are about to happen. And when you keep that going, you do start attracting more and more “lucky” events into your life.

I always believe:

“This is just right~~!”(Yes, a line from somewhere famous in Japan—but I love it ❀)

And when you can do that, you’ll start experiencing even more events in the futurethat make you want to say, “That was great!”

What we can change is not the “past event” itself—but the narrative, meaning and emotion we attach to it.

Just changing that is enough to shift the reality of our future.Isn’t that a little mysterious—but also incredibly powerful?

And once you can see all your past events as blessings, then your present becomes amazing, and your future starts to shine, too.

And yes, that is possible.

đŸŒ±Â If there are emotions from the past that you still can’t let go of,let’s rewrite your story—together.
