I don't know so much about physics but I understand that time flies when we enjoy the time and yes, we don't feel tired as we get tired at work.
You can guess it well the degrees of your fatigue depend on your mindset.
Before I changed my life by hypnotherapy, I was unbelievably tired. I was a stay-at-home mom sometimes helped by living-in maids and also I always hired a cleaner.
That is why, I had no particular reasons why so exhausted at the time. However, I felt like I was in a dark place, with low self-esteem and it was hard for me to be sociable at the time. I had so much stress in me at the time, let me put it in the way.
Yes, the stress in other words, negativity in us makes us feel tired and causes depression.
We always use the word of "stress" but what is stress?
Stress is triggered by control issues. If you say that I am not controlling, hear me out. Control doesn't always mean to control someone or force someone to obey you.
Control also means that we wish things to go in a certain way.
Well, we all wish a particular way that things go. However, in this case, you wish so and so and you get so disappointed when those didn't come true in the way that you wished.
We all have a fantasy that everything goes the way we wish. However, when you feel so disappointed in the failure of your wish, then I could say that you had some dependency.
When we analyze in this way, we can find most of the stress comes from those dependency and control issues.
And, control is the one we all want such as a power we want in this world, isn't it?
Again, things were supposed to be in the way though they don't look as we wished. That causes stress. That is why we get so stressed when things don't go well and when we think that things don't go well.
Chronic stress may cause depression.
Of course, we would lose our dreams and hopes when we have to think that things were not supposed to be like those, everyday.
Stress hits you immediately when you don't like something because you feel like this is not supposed to happen in the way.
Then, sounds like we have to have total control in this world when we completely want to eliminate our stress.
Well, I disagree. As I said, it is always about our mindset; including whether things are going well or not.
If your mindset is right, you can think that everything is in your favor, don't you think?
Yes, we wouldn't have to change the world but we can change our mindset.
And you can accomplish the task; changing your mindset only by subconscious power.
