“What is reality creation?


”This is one of the most frequently asked questions I receive.


Reality creation (manifestation) is the idea that the life you’re living now is the result of your thoughts, beliefs, and unconscious programming. In other words:

🌱 Your thoughts become your reality

🌱 How you feel and perceive things shapes your future

🌱 Your unconscious beliefs drive your actions and influence what you attract


We often feel like we’re simply reacting to what’s happening around us, but in truth, the outer world is a projection of our inner world.

For example:

  • If you believe “things never work out for me,” you’re less likely to take inspired action

  • If you believe “I’ll be fine,” your behavior shifts and opportunities begin to show up


People often ask, “Is reality creation (manifestation) the same as positive thinking?

”Not exactly. It’s more profound than simply thinking positively.


It’s about:

🌟 What assumptions you're holding

🌟 What reality you’re unconsciously choosing

🌟 What beliefs live beneath the surface of your awareness


In quantum physics, there’s a famous thought experiment called Schrödinger’s Cat, which shows that “observation determines outcome.”In the same way, where you place your focus can change your reality.


Even public figures like Oprah Winfrey, Jim Carrey, and Will Smith have shared how what they imagined or believed ended up becoming their reality.


Japanese public figures have also expressed similar truths:


🔹 Ken Honda – Author of Happy Money, shares that “when we spend with gratitude, more money that brings gratitude returns to us.”


🔹 Hitori Saito – Businessman and bestselling author, says “Successful people use successful words.”


🔹 Shohei Ohtani – His use of goal-setting visualization tools like the mandala chart is a perfect example of mental focus shaping reality.


These examples show us that reality creation isn’t a “spiritual fantasy,” but a powerful way of using consciousness and intention to shape our lives.


I personally have experienced this.When I was eight years old in a small rural town in Japan, I wrote a school essay that said:"I will marry a Western man, have boy-and-girl twins, and live abroad.”Everyone laughed.And yet — every single part of that dream became reality, including the twins.


Over time, I’ve realized that even when life throws me into a crisis, I always find a way out.That pattern gave me deep trust: “I’m going to be okay.”And eventually, that trust turned into: “Worrying is a waste of time.”


More recently, I discovered the book Tufti the Priestess, written by Vadim Zeland, a Russian quantum physicist and creator of the Reality Transurfing model.


This method felt different from other manifestation methods I’ve practiced. It dramatically reduces emotional turbulence and stress — which means less downtime and higher productivity.Many of my clients who are already familiar with subconscious work see very fast and visible results with Tufti.


One client, for example, was stuck — therapy had plateaued and family issues were piling up.They felt drained, overly sensitive to external circumstances, and unsure how to shift.


That’s when we started using the Tufti method.With just one session a week, combining slides and subconscious anchoring, this client reported feeling the best they had in a long time.They no longer obsessed over family drama, began shifting their attention inward, and finally started identifying and moving toward their true goals.
